Welcome to TRIGG! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, trigg.world, and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, if an item is out of stock, there is an error in pricing, or we are unable to verify payment.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order is only accepted once payment has been processed and your item has been dispatched.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Customers outside the UK may be required to pay local duties, customs charges, or VAT when their order arrives — these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by region and are provided as estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, adverse weather, or remote delivery locations. Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

7. Limitation of Liability
TRIGG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
