Shipping policy

All TRIGG orders are carefully quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched from our London studio.

Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process and deliver parcels to our local Royal Mail service.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service:

• UK: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
• EU: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days
• Rest of World: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days

We work hard to dispatch your order quickly, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by remote locations, customs clearance, adverse weather, or high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.

Please double-check your billing and shipping details before confirming your order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
