Refund policy

We hope you love your TRIGG piece, but if you need to return it, we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email shop.trigg.world@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service for your security.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to come to a solution.
